What shapes your quote
Timing supplements are additional to the clearance price. The collection options show early and evening supplements; weekend and bespoke requests are individually quoted. Your written quote confirms the full charge.
Labour, loading and the agreed disposal are included in the written scope. VAT and any timing supplement are set out in your quote. Business enquiries are reviewed and invoicing is arranged separately; this form takes no online payment.

This is a clearance enquiry service, not a guaranteed emergency response. Active spills, hazardous incidents and production breakdowns require appropriate specialist support. Out-of-hours collection depends on a workable disposal plan.

Are you guaranteeing 24/7 attendance?+
No. You can request out-of-hours work, but availability and the collection plan must be confirmed individually. For an urgent deadline, call rather than relying only on the form.
Does choosing a date reserve it?+
No. It records your preference. RIFT reviews the request and confirms the collection separately after the quote is agreed.
