TRADE & REFURBISHMENT
Get the waste out of the way.
RIFT provides agreed collections of suitable renovation waste for trades and refurbishment teams. Useful for a specific pile, a project stage or a clear-out where you need the loading handled.
Your scope, price and collection are confirmed before work begins.
THE ITEMS. THE SPACE. THE PLAN.
What RIFT can help clear
- Suitable timber and removed loose joinery
- Packaging from delivered materials
- Agreed non-hazardous refurbishment waste
- Segregated materials assessed before collection
A TYPICAL ENQUIRY
Finishing a small refurbishment? Send photos of the timber, packaging and other materials separately so we can agree what can be collected and price the actual job.
How we handle the job
- 01
Show each waste type separately and give an estimated quantity.
- 02
We check weight, handling, parking and the appropriate disposal route.
- 03
The agreed material is loaded and removed, with further stages quoted if needed.
What shapes your quote
Material classification, weight, segregation, access and disposal trips drive the price. A van that looks partly empty may already be at its safe payload with dense waste.
Labour, loading and the agreed disposal are included in the written scope. VAT and any timing supplement are set out in your quote. Business enquiries are reviewed and invoicing is arranged separately; this form takes no online payment.
Before we confirm
Dense materials such as rubble and soil are assessed by weight, not just van space. Plasterboard must be declared and kept separate. Asbestos, chemicals and unidentified hazardous waste are excluded from the standard service. Demolition is not included.
Questions about this service
Can we mix all the materials?+
Please tell us what is in the pile before collection. Some materials need separate handling or disposal; mixing them can change the route and cost.
Can you collect at different project stages?+
Yes, subject to an agreed plan. Send the expected materials and dates so we can quote the stages together.
