OFFICE & WORKSPACE
A clearer workspace. Less disruption.
From a few unwanted desks to the contents of an office move, RIFT helps businesses remove redundant furniture and make the space useful again. We agree the items and access before arriving, then handle the loading.
Your scope, price and collection are confirmed before work begins.
THE ITEMS. THE SPACE. THE PLAN.
What RIFT can help clear
- Desks, meeting tables and freestanding cabinets
- Office chairs and other seating, declared separately
- Loose shelving and storeroom contents
- Agreed electrical items, with a suitable route confirmed
A TYPICAL ENQUIRY
Moving to a smaller office? Keep the furniture you need and ask us to quote for the remaining desks, chairs and cupboards, with a collection window suited to the handover.
How we handle the job
- 01
Share an item list or photos, together with the floor and lift details.
- 02
We check handling, parking and whether any furniture needs agreed dismantling.
- 03
Collection is arranged around your team, with the scope and price confirmed in writing.
What shapes your quote
Furniture quantities, material types, stairs, lift size, carry distance, dismantling and the requested arrival window all affect the quote.
Labour, loading and the agreed disposal are included in the written scope. VAT and any timing supplement are set out in your quote. Business enquiries are reviewed and invoicing is arranged separately; this form takes no online payment.
Before we confirm
IT equipment, upholstered seating and heavy cabinets must be declared. Secure data destruction is not included; remove confidential records and arrange appropriate treatment of data-bearing equipment before collection.
Questions about this service
Do we need to put everything outside?+
No. Tell us where the items are and show the access route so the agreed loading work is included in the quote.
Can you remove fitted furniture?+
Show us how it is fixed. Any dismantling must be agreed separately; electrical and plumbing disconnections need to be completed by suitable tradespeople.
