MULTI-LOAD & PROJECT WORK

One brief. A plan for the whole clearance.

A larger job needs more than a price for one van. RIFT assesses the whole scope and proposes practical collection stages, so you know what is being removed, when it is planned and how it will be priced.

Your scope, price and collection are confirmed before work begins.

THE ITEMS. THE SPACE. THE PLAN.

What RIFT can help clear

  • Office contents spread across several rooms
  • Warehouse and storeroom clear-outs in phases
  • Clearances aligned with a refurbishment programme
  • Multiple agreed areas or properties assessed together

A TYPICAL ENQUIRY

Clearing several storage areas over a week? We can agree which areas come first, what needs to remain accessible and how the loads fit around your team.

How we handle the job

  1. 01

Send the full scope, photographs and any fixed handover dates.

  2. 02

We assess load sizes, weights, disposal routes and practical collection stages.

  3. 03

You receive an agreed project quote and plan; changes are reviewed before extra work.

What shapes your quote

We price the agreed project scope. Where combining work reduces travel or other costs, savings can be reflected in the quote. Disposal and handling still apply; there is no automatic per-load discount.

Labour, loading and the agreed disposal are included in the written scope. VAT and any timing supplement are set out in your quote. Business enquiries are reviewed and invoicing is arranged separately; this form takes no online payment.

Before we confirm

A multi-load service does not mean a fleet arriving at once. Collection stages and capacity are confirmed for your job. Specialist lifting, machinery removal and waste outside agreed routes need separate assessment.

Questions about this service

Will I know the whole price first?+

We quote the agreed scope before confirmation. If photographs are not enough to assess it reliably, we will discuss what further information or assessment is needed.

Can the scope change?+

Yes, but additional items, materials or access changes need review. Any revised charge should be agreed before the extra work.
