PROPERTY & FACILITIES
Ready for the next occupier.
RIFT supports landlords, managing agents and facilities teams with agreed property contents and communal-area clearances. Send the brief once, agree access and let us plan the collection around your handover.
Your scope, price and collection are confirmed before work begins.
THE ITEMS. THE SPACE. THE PLAN.
What RIFT can help clear
- Unwanted furniture and loose contents after a tenancy
- Agreed bulky items from communal areas
- Storeroom and caretaker-area clear-outs
- Furniture left after a managed-property refurbishment
A TYPICAL ENQUIRY
A tenant has left furniture behind before a new letting. Share a room-by-room brief and your deadline so we can price the clearance and confirm whether the requested date can be met.
How we handle the job
- 01
Identify the items authorised for removal, with photos and the property address.
- 02
We agree keyholder arrangements, parking, access and the collection scope.
- 03
We clear the agreed contents; completion photographs can be arranged with the brief.
What shapes your quote
The contents, waste types, floors, access, parking and loading time determine the quote. Multiple properties can be assessed together for an efficient collection plan.
Labour, loading and the agreed disposal are included in the written scope. VAT and any timing supplement are set out in your quote. Business enquiries are reviewed and invoicing is arranged separately; this form takes no online payment.
Before we confirm
You must have authority to dispose of the contents. Tell us about sharps, contamination, pests or unidentified materials before requesting a standard clearance. Cleaning, repairs and specialist remediation are separate services.
Questions about this service

Yes, by prior arrangement. Provide the authorised contact and access instructions when you request the collection.
Can you provide evidence of completion?+
Ask for completion photographs in the brief. We agree what is required before collection, alongside the applicable waste paperwork.
