Can you pump an unknown liquid?+

No. Unknown liquids, fuels, oils, solvents, chemicals and hazardous materials are excluded from the standard service.

Do you provide full spill remediation?+

No. RIFT offers assessed recovery and transfer of known, suitable non-hazardous liquids—not hazardous response or environmental decontamination.

What should I send first?+

Photographs of the label, product, failed container, proposed receiving container and access, plus any product specification or safety data sheet available.
